Townsend Type 81 Ram Blocks and Rubbers are interchangeable with Shaffer Sentinel II and WSI Blowout Preventers. Shaffer Sentinel Style I will adapt to Townsend’s Ram Blocks. Townsend Ram Blocks are also available in 9” x 3M & 5M, in both Standard and Offset Sizes.

Compatible with Shaffer Type 64 Style Ram Blocks
Our Style [ T-88 ] Ram Assemblies are manufactured to be interchangeable with Shaffer Type [ LWP ] style blowout preventers. Our Ram Rubbers are manufactured to be interchangeable with Shaffer Type 64 Blocks. Also available in 9″ 3M Size.
